By booking a course with Artist Academy, you agree to the following terms:
- Booking and Payment
- All courses must be booked in advance, and payment is required in blocks of 8 sessions. After completing the first 4 base sessions with the instructor, participants must pay for the next 8 sessions to continue the course.
- Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except for courses booked and concluded over the telephone, where participants are entitled to cancel within 7 working days of payment, in accordance with statutory rights.
- Non-Transferability
- Course bookings are personal to the participant and may not be transferred or resold without the explicit permission of Artist Academy. Unauthorized transfer or resale will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
- Scheduling and Changes
- Once a course has started, participants cannot change the scheduled day or time of their sessions unless approved by Artist Academy. Sessions are allocated specific times and dates that must be adhered to.
- If the instructor is unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness or professional obligations, the session will either be rescheduled at a suitable time or conducted via correspondence.
- Participants are allowed to reschedule up to two lessons per block of 8 sessions, provided that Artist Academy receives at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class.
- Instructor Substitution and Changes
- Artist Academy reserves the right to change instructors. Reasonable notice will be given in such cases, where possible.
- A substitute instructor may be assigned on a temporary basis if the regular instructor is unavailable due to professional obligations or personal reasons.
- Modifications to Courses
- Artist Academy reserves the right to modify course content, materials, or fees in the interest of improving the quality of the courses. Reasonable notice will be provided for any changes, where possible.
- Course and Session Content
- The information provided on our website or other promotional materials is published to the best of our ability. However, Artist Academy reserves the right to make changes to course content as needed to enhance the learning experience. These changes may occur without prior notice, though we strive to keep participants informed.
- Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. However, they may be transferred to another recipient, subject to approval by Artist Academy.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms, or the use of services provided by Artist Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions as part of your agreement with Artist Academy.
